Arlene Balian is a licensed pharmacist with nearly a decade of experience in specialty pharmacy operations, accreditation readiness, sterile compounding, and regulatory compliance.

Previously, Dr. Balian served as Pharmacist-in-Charge and Pharmacy Manager at a specialty pharmacy where she oversaw sterile compounding operations and led accreditation preparation aligned with standards from ACHC and URAC. She supervised pharmacy staff, ensured compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations, and managed clinical services including IVIG therapy dosing, medication reconciliation, and patient assessments.

As a Consultant Pharmacist at Two Trees Consulting, Dr. Balian supports specialty pharmacies in accreditation preparation, regulatory compliance, clinical documentation improvement, and survey readiness, helping organizations strengthen operational performance and maintain high standards of patient care.

Dr. Balian earned her PharmD from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Northridge. She holds active pharmacist licenses in California and Kentucky and is certified in Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery.
